FirstBank Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of FirstBank of Nigeria Limited has commissioned its ultra-modern Kaneshie branch, located at Hansonic Junction in Accra.
The commissioning of the bank’s new Kaneshie branch forms part of FirstBank Ghana’s strategy to bring financial services closer than ever to its customers with the bank’s products and services available to all who embrace the bank’s brand and signaled the expansion of its presence in the country to meet the increasing financial solutions needs of individuals and businesses.
Speaking at the event, Victor Yaw Asante, FirstBank Ghana MD/CEO said the branch commissioning offered the bank an opportunity to reaffirm its commitment to Ghana and demonstrate a relentless quest to put customers first.
“While we recognize that most banks and financial institutions are focused on driving the digital agenda, we do not lose sight of the fact that there should also be comfortable touch points for our clients who occasionally need to physically interact with us,” he said.
Mr. Victor Yaw Asante expressed gratitude to the bank’s Board of Directors for working hard to ensure that FirstBank was recapitalized without any issues in 2018.
The FirstBank MD added that the bank had a proud heritage spanning 125 years of excellence. The bank, he indicated, was leveraging on the fact that it was one of the most capitalized banks in the country to offer the very best of service to its Clients.
