Learn how to request and activate your ATM card on FirstMobile. Follow our step-by-step guide for a hassle-free experience.
How to request for your ATM Card on FirstMobile
Step 1
Log into your FirstMobile app.
Step 2
Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left of the app.
Step 3
Select ‘Card Services’ then 'Debit Card Request'.
Step 4
Select the account to issue the card on.
Step 5
Click on the card type (Verve or Master Card) for the request.
Step 6
Select ‘card delivery’.
Step 7
Select your preferred location for the delivery.
Step 8
Input your transaction PIN to accept delivery fee.
Step 9
You will receive an email notification, indicating the success of your request.
How to Activate your Card Upon Delivery
Step 1
Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left of the app.
Step 2
Select ‘Card Services’ then My Cards Request.
Step 3
Click on 'Debit Cards'.
Step 4
‘Click on Debit cards’, a list of requests is seen, select profile.
Step 1
Select 'Activate Cards'.
Do not disclose your full card PAN, PIN or CVV to anyone. FirstBank will never ask for this information.
